They/Us: Ritual Object is an interactive sound installation, where the visitors were asked to make an offering of sound to the greater cause of equality. To offer something is a selfless act, rarely found in our increasingly individualistic society. We tend to filter out sounds and voices we deem irrelevant, or uncomfortable. Equality means you hear and accept those sounds for what they are in understanding that others don't share your experience. Don't assume, don't make opinions. Just listen, and you will eventually become aware of just how nuanced this world truly is.

During this exhibition a living ritual object has been created. it's an object that contains the offered sounds together with their energies, relationships and complexities. This ritual is about our collective transformation and about cultivating purpose and creating a shared vision of an inclusive future, for ourselves and those who come after us.
