In collaboration with The Harmony Dialogue and Chisenhale Dance Space, this workshop offers a unique blend of meditation, sound improvisation, colour, and movement to help participants reconnect with their inner harmony and raise their vibrations.

In this session, we’ll explore the interrelationship between sound and movement, as well as the power of creativity in releasing tension, anxiety, and emotional blocks. Drawing on the teachings of deep listening and sound pioneers like Pauline Oliveros, this workshop invites participants to reflect on their unique “song”—their authentic self—and create a space for personal expression and collective connection.

The Harmony Dialogue is an exciting new initiative led by songwriter and accessibility coordinator Daniel Leckerman, aimed at amplifying the voices of disabled, neurodivergent, d/Deaf, and chronically ill artists within the music industry and creative sectors.

As part of this initiative, the “Access Amplified” series features a dynamic lineup of workshops and panel discussions in collaboration with inclusive arts organizations, and in partnership with Wired4Music. This series explores ways to advance wellness, promote intersectionality, and enhance accessibility within the arts, providing valuable platforms for dialogue and advocacy.

Delivered in partnership with Wired4Music, with funding from Arts Council England and Sound Connections.
